Customer Care

We take great pride as disabled military veterans in fostering great relationships with our clients and continue to form with all our customers. That said, we appreciate your trust and support in letting us feed your family with Thunder Valley Ranch Hay & Cattle Co. beef or your animals with our hay. We will go above and beyond to maintain that trust and be as transparent with the process as possible. Maintaining a quality product and keeping our customers satisfied is the end goal for us. To continue the business relationship and support, we take all feedback and concerns to heart and make adjustments as needed to ensure we are meeting as many needs as possible.

However, no one individual can please everybody, we realize this and though we haven't had any bad outcomes thus far, there will likely be one someday. When and if that happens, we will do our best to have both parties involved smiling at the end of it.

Privacy & Safety

We only take cash or checks on the day of pick up. At this time we are not set up to take online payments such as credit cards or EBTs. We do not and will not ever sell anyone’s information (e.g., email or phone number), rest assured that any business you do with us is only known between us and you.

TVR Return & Exchange Policy on Beef

​

We do not offer any return policy, however, in the event that a State Inspected package of beef (custom exempt beef issues are to be settled with the beef processor used) is damaged by us, and it somehow makes it to you and the meat turns color and builds up with frost, just let us know and send us a picture and when we can get you a product to replace the damaged one when you pick up your next order. Remember all beef is homegrown and not raised in a feedlot so cannot guarantee marbling composition, only all cattle have been finished on a custom whole grain mix for a minimum of 120 days before the butcher date. We do not offer any return policy on our hay at this time. 

 

TVR Gift Certificate Disclaimer

This certificate is only good for Thunder Valley Ranch Hay & Cattle Co. beef or eggs at our Noble, OK location displaying our ranch's brand and owner’s signature. Treat this certificate as cash; if it is lost, it will not be replaced. This certificate is subject to the terms of the Thunder Valley Ranch Hay & Cattle Co. Gift Certificate agreement and has no expiration date. However, it cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used as farm store credit. This Gift Certificate may be applied to the cost of any beef or egg item from our ranches price list.
